Here's a Proposed Terms Sheet and it's the best way to start when making an offer.  This will allow us to complete the twelve page FAR/BAR Contract with one easy form.  Completing this form with us will also create a dialog for us to discuss the other "secondary terms" of this offer aside from the price.  

Once we have completed this form, I will the the actual offer for your approval via e-signatures.
