I'm here for you as a FREE, EXPERT RESOURCE to help you achieve that goal. That's right. No cost, no risk, no "catch." Why would I help you free of charge?
Maybe you have heard of a man from Texas named Zig Ziglar. I stumbled upon Zig way back in 1997, shortly after I earned my Marketing Degree at the University of Florida in Gainesville. His notion of "I can have everything I want in life, if I will just help enough other people get what they want," has carried me through 25 years of successfully helping people get what they want when it came to mortgages and real estate. Zig was right. I truly do have everything I want in life. I enjoy what I do and I am blessed to be able to continue to do it!
That's why my this program exists, and it's free for you!
Just call or text me and I promise I will help you. I am certain my resources will help you get through your closing. It's the next best thing to hiring me to fully represent you.
Hiring me to represent you will allow me to use my full Home Selling System and arsenal of tools and technologies to maximize your success in selling.
You see, I know you can find a buyer without me. But, I am convinced you will have more success selling with my help. I am not writing this to criticize your efforts. I truly do want to help you achieve more success in selling. Like Zig says, helping you get you what you want, helps me have everything I want. This is why I have so many repeat customers and referrals.
I believe Success in Selling is achieved when you satisfy what's important to you. I know for a higher price or "net proceeds" in your pocket at the closing matters to you but I also know there are a lot of other things too.
When you hire me, I take the time to learn and understand ALL that's valuable to you as it relates to selling your home. I learned quickly that many assumptions about what was important to my client were just flat wrong. By discussing your values, I know what matters and I can better serve you. When your values are clear, your choices are easier. You act with clear purpose.
So, to me, you're not a "Deal," or a "Seller," or a "Prospect." You are unique individual with purpose, that I have an opportunity to help, and I know you have a one-of-a-kind set of values and need to sell your home. You and I can benefit greatly by working together.
Your Home's Value
Just like you, the home you're selling also unique. It's a "one-and-only." Like anything else, the value of something is the price someone is willing to pay for it. So how your home is marketed has an enormous effect on what it's value is.
Homes marketed and sold by an agent on behalf of a seller get a sales price of 5.5% to 26% more than For Sale By Owner [1]
The home selling process has a ton of moving parts and is an extremely complicated process.
Let Me help you navigate your transaction by hearing about your challenges and sharing my common experiences with you. Even if it's just one question I can help you with, I'll have done my share to make your experience better.
All you have to do is call, text, or email me and I'll take the time to listen to your concerns.
My help and advice will help you set and reach realistic your goals.
I hope to help you soon!

Michael offers this valuable service to you because he knows the enormous importance his current and past clients place on the successful outcome of their real estate and mortgage transactions. Clients have a special place in their hearts about their homes, and in most cases, their home is the single largest asset. As an expert Mortgage Loan Originator, Michael knows a mortgage is not just a mortgage, but a huge part of a bigger financial plan in any family.
Michael fully understands the seriousness of a transaction to his clients. Michael takes the time necessary to LISTEN INTENTLY to his clients. Unlike most agents, Michael is willing to take the risk to ask probing, intelligent and personal questions about their current project. These sometimes uncomfortable questions serve a vital purpose. They are intended to help both Michael and his client gain a deeper understanding of what is most important to the client. When values are clear, the choices are easy. The satisfaction Michael gets knowing he served his client based on their needs is even more valuable than any commission he's earned for the help he provides.
Michael has helped hundreds of families during his real estate and mortgage career and has been blessed with success and the ability to provide a terrific life for himself and his family. Michael understands not all sellers are successful selling on their own and is acutely aware there are no shortcuts to building a trust-based relationship.
If you are successful selling on your own, Mike knows your current transaction is not likely to be your last one. He will have helped you and has created another trust-based relationship. Michael has clients for life because of his service-based philosophy.
